India Business Visa

• A Business Visa is only given to travelers who are doing business in India such as making sales or establishing contacts on behalf of a company outside of India.
• Business visas may be valid for one year or more with multiple entries.Tthe length of stay in India (for each visit) under the Business Visa is limited to six months only. Business visas valid for ten years with multiple entries may be available to foreign businessmen who have set up or intend to set up joint ventures in India.
• The Business Visa is required if traveler intends to conduct business or commercial activities at any point throughout their stay in India. Business visas can only be issued to travelers not being paid for work by an entity within the India. If you intend to undertake paid work in India you will need to obtain an India work visa.

India Tourist Visa

• Tourism and any recreational activity;
• visit to relatives and/or friends;
• Non-business related activity.
• Tourist visa holders are not allowed to engage in any paid activity in India.
